Mark's Sugar-Free Vinegar Slaw

Purple Onion (Optional), diced

Truvia® Cane Sugar and Stevia Blend
1 cup

White Vinegar
1/2 cup

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp.

Salt
1 Tbsp.

Dry Mustard

Black Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine slaw mixes and onion. Sprinkle Truvia® over top and mix well.
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, olive oil, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Bring to a boil. Pour hot dressing over slaw mixture and mix well.
For best results refridgerate overnight, or a few hours before serving. Stir a few times while in fridge.
